One of my final ideas for the penguin book cover competition.
Used tools that would have been used to do a lobotomy (what happens to McMurphy) and tried to set them out in a way of registration, how Miss Ratchet run the ward, very strick, straight and registered.
The whole shape/pattern is based around a skull (brain) to emphasise the fairly brutal tone I was trying to achieve. 
Really like it man. Love the shape of the shape of the reflected pattern on the front. Maybe overkill having the tools on the spine to?
